Stick people! HeHe!!
ReplyDeleteYoga is good. Trisha went to few Yoga classes at college Gym and says she sweat like a Pig! :D

ReplyDeleteI'm sure pigs sweat but I also remember reading that they are some of the cleanest animals around.
I don't get the pic. Are those stick figures showing the yoga poses?
ReplyDeleteJaya, yeah, these are my notes, the instructor makes them for us :) This is for home practice.
ReplyDeleteMy PT person makes me do all these poses, takes pics and print them out for home practice :) I think stick figures might have worked better...
