Salad Days
Ever since I rediscovered The New York Times Natural Foods Cookbook, I've been eyeing the salads there. I've made two so far, and the salad spree - if three can make a spree, that is - resulted in this third salad of recent times. Today's was the fourth. Find the recipe here.

The salad looks very, very good Sra. Before reading the recipe, I thought it was Poriyal/ Thoran and the white stuff coconut. Must try this sometime.
