ReplyDeletePriti, a nightgown - I bought those yokes years ago but never tried to match them, and when I tried, I didn't find anything worth it, so I decided to end the misery and buy some blue stuff for a 'formal' nightgown and get it made!
The yoke looks pretty. I've seen middle-eastern kaftan-type robes with similar embroidery.

I miss picking out fabric and patterns and getting them stitched at the tailors. Haggling over the price and waiting beyond the deadline for the dress to be ready.
