ReplyDeleteMamatha, I can't see the pic right now but the greenish-white mountain is sugar-free kiwi souffle, there's a strawberry cheescake, choc fudge cake, baked orange pudding with marmalade topping, and there was a chocolate financier in the buffet, don't remember whether it was in the plate or not.
Shankari, it was our Uncle's birthday and we took him out for dinner to one of his favourite buffets. These were most of the desserts on offer. None of them were great.
It is sad that none of them were great.. but they sound soo delicious. Hope your uncle had a fun birthday! :D
